The joy of cookies!
I love chocolate. And I love to bake…not to mention enjoying warm homemade cookies straight out of the oven! The combination of chocolate, pecans and honey make this recipe my favorite. The butter and honey cream together quickly so they’re easy to make. And the simple ingredients are things I try to keep on hand-because these are the first cookies I go for when chocolate cravings hit!
I adapted the Honey Pecan Chocolate Chip cookie recipe to a printable combining vintage line art with typography and watercolor cookie illustrations. And since baking is for sharing, I formatted the recipe art to gift tags and labels too.
A cookie jar filled with homemade cookies makes a great gift and the recipe labels can be printed on self adhesive sheets. The recipe label allows the recipient to see the ingredient list and check for possible food allergies too.
The cookies freeze well so I always keep some on hand for eating and gifting. The gift tag sheet can be printed on card stock and tied onto a bag of cookies for a personalized treat!
Click, save and print the recipe gift tags and label printables at the end of this post, and if you like the 8×10 frameable print shown below it’s available as a free printable in the Sweets and Treats freebies section.

The printables are for personal use only. Print quality will depend on your printer and laser printers will produce the best results in color and detail. Laser printers are available at FedEx Office centers, and your local copy centers and office supply stores.
